The BIM behind the scenes

As a Staff Civil Specialist, I specialize in the “BIM-behind-the-scenes.” I'm the person who looks at a complex, multi-client BIM workflow and asks, “Why are we still doing this by hand?” I work with design teams to swap manual model management for high-performance automation — whether that's diagnosing Revit health with custom scripts or streamlining digital delivery across massive data-center portfolios.

With a foundation from Nirma University and a Master's from NYU, I've dedicated my career to making sure our digital infrastructure is just as resilient (and smart) as the physical buildings themselves.

Leads BIM coordination for hyperscale, multi-megawatt data centers: 100+ federated CSA, MEP, telecom, and security models in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and ACC, driven to clash-free delivery. Clash workflows in Navisworks Manage + ACC Model Coordination resolve 10,000+ clashes per project cycle, improving constructability and cutting RFIs.

BIM Automation Lab

PyRevit add-ins and Dynamo scripts automate parameter management, model auditing, data extraction, COBie equipment-schedule exports, and file upload/linking — saving ~40 hours per data-center project. The question that starts every script: why are we still doing this by hand?
